This was our first stay at this hotel and it won’t be the last, Shaun &Debbie are great hosts and their property is a real gem , a very well kept hotel, clean and tidy,. The room was well equipped with a full sized fridge, comfortable bed , clean linen, nice showers and towels and well stocked tea/coffee/sugar/milk, replenished each day, and the cooked breakfast with cereal, toast, jams was fantastic. Its location is a street off the front so it’s 2 minutes walk to the front near the big wheel A great hotel I would highly recommend See you in 2026👍

Good old fashioned B&B. Excellent location being only 100 m from the main seafront. Proprietors very friendly. Room are clean and well appointed. Great value for money too. I didn't sample the breakfast. Thank you!

On arrival they told me they have to move me to a bigger room as someone wants to stay in the one I have booked for longer. Extend the stay. Can't complain about that, but I can't judge the price as i direct have to pay for the bigger one. Anyway, hotel is well decorated, the room was spacious and a bathroom on the floor shared, but clean and does the job. Location is close to the sea, 1 minute. They even have outdoors seating area. And offer breakfast, but HAVE TO book in advance. I had the room service/cleaning every day. Happy and recommending the hotel. Spoke with the staff only on my arrival and were nice.

Lovely hotel in a very good location. Owners are very welcoming and warm welcome was given upon arrival. The room was very spacious and very clean.could not fault anything would recommend
