Walk in to find a dining table, freeview smart TV, and the kitchen set up with a hob and combination microwave-oven-grill—functional enough for breakfasts and simple meals, though restaurants line the nearby promenade. The bedroom holds a double bed and another TV; the shower room is compact but efficient. Everything needed for a short stay is here: Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. One car can park on site, and you have access to a shared terrace and garden.

The property sits opposite Great Yarmouth beach, with the dunes and sand reachable in minutes on foot. The Venetian Waterways provide walking routes through the locality, and dogs are welcome if you want to explore the coast together. For wider exploration, the Norfolk Broads are within easy driving distance—a network of rivers good for boating and wildlife watching. The town itself has its traditional seaside character: the Pleasure Beach, pier, arcades, shops and market square all nearby.
