Hobland Barn

Gorleston-on-Sea lies three miles away, making it easy to reach traditional seaside attractions, while Great Yarmouth's amusement arcades and seafront are six miles off. Inland, the Norfolk Broads are within reach for boating and cycling, and Norwich's castle and medieval streets reward a day trip. From the first-floor balcony, you look out over open countryside that still surrounds the property despite its proximity to these destinations.

Hobland Barn itself is a converted 18th-century agricultural building—once used for cattle, grain and potato storage—now arranged across two floors with a contemporary interior. Downstairs holds three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a 32-inch TV, and a kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch. Upstairs, three more bedrooms share a second living room with French doors to a balcony, along with a 50-inch television. Three bathrooms and separate toilet serve the six bedrooms; one ensuite has a walk-in shower, while others offer baths with shower attachments or wet rooms. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. A private outdoor pool operates July through September (heating available at extra cost). The enclosed garden has a courtyard, patio and seating, with parking for six cars. One dog may stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted.
