The beach and its promenade are within easy reach on foot from The Yellow House, which sits across from Gorleston harbour. That south-facing patio is genuinely positioned to watch ships arrive and depart. The sandy bay itself has a wide curve suitable for families, a yacht pond, and a children's splashpad, plus access for dogs. The seafront has shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants; if you want amusement arcades and more entertainment, Great Yarmouth is close by, as is Pleasurewood Hills theme park on the A47. Gorleston golf club lends out clubs if anyone wants a round.
Five bedrooms across three floors sleep 11. Ground floor has a double with ensuite shower, a living room and kitchen/dining room. The first floor holds two kingsize bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate toilet. The second floor has two singles and an ensuite. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all standard appliances. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and a children's play area. One well-behaved pet stays free. The house does not accommodate smoking or stag or hen parties.
