About Premier Inn Great Yarmouth Seafront
Premier Inn Great Yarmouth Seafront is a purpose-built, five-floor hotel standing right along South Beach Parade, with a straightforward modern design that faces the sea rather than tucking away from it. Its 81 rooms are en-suite and air-conditioned, with a lift serving all floors and accessible rooms available for those who need them.
Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar for breakfast and evening meals, along with free Wi-Fi throughout and drinks available in the rooms. Free on-site parking is offered, though spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional chargeable parking at the front of the hotel if needed. An electric vehicle charge point is also on site, along with luggage storage for those arriving early or leaving late.
The location puts guests within easy reach of the promenade and the Pleasure Beach, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, plus golf, fishing and watersports on offer for those wanting to get further outdoors. It's a no-frills base for a seafront stay, with the beach itself the main draw right outside the door.
What guests say
This Premier Inn couldn't have been in a better place. Almost every room gets an incredible view of the sea, and you can also go out onto a beach, conveniently behind the hotel. The room is good, with the highlight being the view. A decent sized room, 2 single bed and 1 double beds is the Premier Inn standard and there is also a TV, condiments, and a few chairs. The bathroom is also nice with good water pressure. For some reason there was also stomping coming from the floor above us which kind of put the sleep off. Overall, the view kind of carried this hotel, and the room was the standard Premier Inn room

A real letdown. Premier inn beds are normally amazing. This one was both very hard and very saggy, to the extent that your chest is much lower than your feet. I wouldn't have slept had I used it. Place was full so no swapping, and so I'm sleeping on the kids bed, which isn't great, but I will at least sleep. The attached pub also stopped serving food early, so overall, not the best evening. The hotel front desk were very helpful and friendly though. Avoid room 214 (though some other reviews suggest it's a wider issue.) it was bad enough I cancelled my second night and booked a different hotel.

Great Yarmouth seafront premier inn, Absolutely horrendous experience, no sleep at all due to banging from the room above, literally began early evening went on throughout the night & then early morning, attempted to call the noise disturbance line to find they close at 5pm (how very helpful) to then try to ring the reception numerous times to get no answer, was unable to leave the room due to a disabled child in bed so had to wait until morning to then be told they were so sorry the phone lines were down!! So they then gave me customer services number who informed me they wouldn't do anything as I failed to let then know at the time (despite showing call logs of my numerous attempts to call them) shocking service!! Think I'll go back to travelodge as at least it's cheaper and you expect some noise!!

I stayed here for 2 nights recently with my two kids. We had a very pleasant stay. There were 2 single beds made up in the room with my bed which was brilliant! Was expecting a sofa bed and them having to share so this was very welcome! Tea and coffee in the room if wanted and spares downstairs in reception to freely grab if you run out. Hotel very clean, all staff i interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a sea view which was really lovely, especially at sunrise! Our second night unfortunately the people staying above us allowed there kids to be running and bangin about, even early hours of the morning they woke me up. Not the hotels fault but it affected my sleep. On the whole I would definitely stay here again.
