A quiet Wellesley Road guesthouse in Great Yarmouth, an easy walk from the seafront, with just 8 rooms and free parking.
About Beaumont House
Wellesley Road sits back from the bustle of Great Yarmouth's seafront, close enough for an easy stroll down to the sand yet calm enough for a proper night's sleep, and that's where Beaumont House makes its home. With only 8 rooms, it has the feel of a small, well-run guesthouse rather than a hotel, and the setting gives it a settled, homely character.
Rooms are kept comfortable and spotless, with fresh linen and small extra touches such as chocolates and biscuits left for guests. Breakfast is cooked to order each morning with a good range of choices, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for evening drinks or a meal without having to go far. Beyond that, guests have use of a garden, a gym, a spa and sauna, and free on-site parking, while staff are on hand to help with luggage and any requests.
The location also suits those attending events, with meeting rooms and wedding facilities available, and plenty of pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby for evenings out. It's a straightforward, well-kept base for exploring Great Yarmouth, with the seafront itself just a short walk away.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms in a nice part of town. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in

I can't fault the Beaumont. Excellent location with on street parking, and friendly helpful staff. I stayed for one night but was made to feel very welcome. The room was homely, absolutely spotless and excellent value. I also enjoyed that despite it wasn't an expensive room, there was a bottle of water, tea and coffee and toiletries provided. The breakfast was also really nice with good sausages! I will definitely be back, thank you!

Really enjoyed a two night stay at Beaumont House, we arrived early but the room was ready so we were able to check in straight away. The room was clean and very comfortable, and we didn’t have any noise from other rooms. The breakfast was very good, all fresh and cooked to order. The location suited us, a short walk to the front and pier but far enough back to avoid too much noise. We would definitely stay again.
