Perfect. Wanted an economical room, last minute that was close to the sea. This is the second road back from the coast with town in walking distance. Not suitable for stag dos or parties as quiet time is from 9pm but was exactly what we were after. Also dog friendly- it just has to be prenotified.

The only part I would say is okay about this hotel is the locations as it is a 5 minute walk from the beach and had a lot of things to do around it but the service was not so good as there were rules to be quiet all the time which is a struggle with a family of 6 which 4 are children , and the person who changed my towels for room services shouted at me because she couldn’t find the towels even though they were on the edge of then bed , also my sheets were not changed and they were stained with coffee or hot chocolate which is very gross and the beds were very uncomfortable. Next , the bathroom was very very small and the water made it all smell like chlorine and the shower had a sewage smell coming out of it , with lime scale everywhere which made me feel disgusted , I would one hundred percent not recommend this hotel to anyone and the pictures are NOTHING like the hotel rooms on booking.com also we got a complaint about noise once as we were laughing a little loud when upstairs people were stomping and running around and we could hear their dogs barking , also another thing is there was animal hair everywhere which was gross and we had two rooms which in the kettles they were unusable as the metal of the heater bits were rusting off leaving bits in the water and unhygienic, overall the whole hotel felt unhygienic and not very nice at all , I do have quite high standards as I’ve always gone to 4-7 star hotels which is understandable but on the booking.com website it said the hotel was 4 stars but everywhere else the hotel is been called 2 stars . One nice thing about the manager was my sister left her phone by accident outside and someone put it through the mail box but that was a personal reason not the hotel but the manager kept it safe in his room . Also this is not a complaint but quite odd to me that the manger was always in his pyjamas and in the paper outside it said that the workers have gone to work and call for an emergency to the number . Also another thing is there was a set of rules on the door which were very strict and one was no eating or drinking in the hotel room so you literally can’t do anything in those rooms

Lovely staff and very clean decent shower although very small bathroom yet decent sized room with very comfortable bed. Great hotel for the price charged and would visit again.

We stayed here over Easter. They had “rules” which some of which we could understand. 1 was quiet time between 9pm - 9am. People upstairs did not do quiet time. They were banging around for hours. We have 2 small children which struggled to sleep. The shower was awful! So both children didn’t shower whilst we stayed. They also tried taking £230 which is still pending today!!! So we had less money for the weekend!! We will not be staying again
