Lovely stay with my 3 year old at the Atlantis Apartments. Access to the property is straight forward and owner keeps you well informed of times and codes ect. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and had all the mod cons you need for your stay. Well situation in Great Yarmouth and central to everything you need. Dwayne the owner is lovely, had a issue with the vent, he came to see it the same day and when I bumped into him whilst having lunch at the tower bar he allowed my son to get into the soft play for free. On a positive note:- I feel I paid under what I should have done considering the standard of the apartment- was really my style tbh! Our apartment had a really good view of the wheel and my son loved looking out at night at the lights! Ideally could have done with a tea towel and a broom (3 year olds have a tendency to leave crumbs 🤣) On the whole had a fab time here - would definately recommend ♥️

I called to see if our stay date could be changed. I spoke to the owner who told me over the phone it wouldn’t be a problem and that they would contact me to confirm. Never heard from them again, didn’t answer my calls or emails so was left with no choice but to cancel the booking losing half the cost of what I’d paid. Booking.com said they would agree to the refund if the owner did, they also sent an email but again no answer! Don’t waste your money!!! Book somewhere else.

Lift was broken so couldn't go up it. First holiday here in 30 years where we haven't gone up it. I remember years ago it used to be manned. A bloke would sit up there all day. He would point out the seals on the sandbanks out across the water. Then the KFC moved in downstairs and people started taking their food up their and dumping their rubbish. Dirty beggars. Another nice quiet place ruined by yobs.
