The Lily Apartment 2 is a four-storey townhouse in central Barmouth, arranged to give each of its eight guests their own bedroom and bathroom. Four en-suite bedrooms are spread across the second and third floors: two with queen beds, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk arrangement. Underfloor heating and contemporary fittings run throughout, with a utility room on the ground floor for washing and drying.

The heart of the apartment is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space on the top floor, with smart TVs, a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and everything needed to cook properly. The enclosed garden and patio face the back, and parking permit for one car is available. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The Co-op on Station Road is within walking distance, and the beach is moments away. No smoking inside.
