Beudy Newydd is a two-bedroom cottage sleeping five, set near Llanllechid in Gwynedd close to Eryri National Park. The whole property is yours alone, with direct access from the drive into a single-storey layout. Bedroom one has a double bed and ensuite shower; bedroom two has a double and a single, served by a separate bathroom with bath and shower. An open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space and sitting room, with French doors that lead out to the rear garden.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with an electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. The living room centres on a woodburner, and a smart TV is provided. Outside, the private garden has a hot tub for five guests and furniture for sitting out. Parking for two cars is on site, and there is an electric car charging point. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered; a travel cot and highchair are available. The property does not allow smoking.

This works well for families and groups wanting a base in or near Snowdonia, with access to the national park's walking and outdoor pursuits while keeping a quiet retreat at hand.

What guests say

Rotem Bar-Or

Our family of five recently had the pleasure of spending a week at this holiday rental, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property's remote and serene location provided the perfect escape from the daily grind, offering tranquility like no other. Yet, what truly amazed us was the remarkable accessibility to nearby attractions and amenities, making our stay a delightful blend of relaxation and adventure. The accommodation itself was impeccable, equipped with all the comforts we needed, and the attentive hosts made sure our stay was flawless. If you're looking for a place that offers the best of both worlds, where remote tranquility meets easy accessibility, look no further. Our stay here was nothing short of magical, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

We are going again soon for the third time. Clean and well looked after with everything you need. Sainsbury's delivery each time, 10 minutes off the A55 .

Excellent hidden gem. Even Google doesn't know how to get here. The drive way is a good 200m and you won't find the names of the cottages on the road. Stayed in the Beudy Newydd cottage and the conversion is excellent. Woken up by the sheep, cows and pheasants each morning. Beautiful views, peaceful and you'll enjoy watching the young cows lick the bedroom window! Location is great. Just 15 mins to Velocity zipwire. 20 mins to Bangor. 30 mins to great beaches on Anglesey. 30 mins to Caernarfon. Would happily stay again.
