Brig-y-Don Bach is a single-storey cottage near Barmouth, accessed via its own entrance. Inside, an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed and television faces onto a private patio; beyond that lies a shared garden with sea views over Cardigan Bay. The bedroom contains a king-size bed and its own television. A wet room with shower and heated towel rail, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, complete the layout. Everything is on one level, so there are no internal stairs to navigate.
The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a combi microwave, and a washer-dryer. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. You have parking for one car on site. The enclosed garden means dogs are welcome—one well-behaved pet can join you. Six steep steps lead to the entrance, so note that if mobility is a concern.
From the garden, a path leads directly down to the beach at Barmouth in just a few minutes' walk, crossing the railway line along the way. The town centre is reachable on foot, with cafés, pubs, shops and a promenade. The Mawddach Trail, a scenic cycle route following an old railway bed through Penmaenpool towards Dolgellau, is nearby if you want to rent bikes and explore further inland.
