The main living areas spread across the ground floor: a kitchen and dining room where you can cook properly, a separate living room with a wood burner, and bay views toward Cardigan Bay from both rooms.

The enclosed garden is a real asset, with a patio and terrace where you can sit out, and a path leading directly down to the beach in a few minutes' walk—past the railway crossing and onto the sand. Barmouth town centre is a short stroll from here too, with pubs and cafés nearby. One dog is welcome to come along. There's parking for two cars on site, and essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered; initial logs for the wood burner are included. No smoking inside.
