Fairbourne beach is a short walk from Ysgubor Uchaf, and the Mawddach Estuary cycle path runs past the farm gate—ideal if you've come to explore the coast or tackle the mountain biking trails at Coed Y Brenin. The property itself is a first-floor conversion within a working equestrian centre. All the living space is upstairs: a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and washing machine; a living and dining room with Freeview TV and Netflix; three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin); and a shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included, along with underfloor heating in the main rooms and electric heaters in the bedrooms.

The enclosed garden has sitting-out furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for two cars on site, and a highchair is available if needed. If horses are part of your trip, livery can be arranged in advance, or you can try the pony trekking offered at the centre itself. The area falls within Snowdonia National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with family walks and fishing opportunities nearby. A shop, pub and restaurant are three-quarters of a mile away. The property does not permit smoking.
