Bwthyn Stabal sits to the side of a Grade II listed 18th-century manor on the Llyn Peninsula near Criccieth. You enter into a ground-floor living room with a Victorian fireplace and Freeview TV, then through to a kitchen and dining area where bi-folding doors open onto the garden—this is where the sea views are. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms (a kingsize, two singles, and another single) and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with heating and hot water.
The cottage comes with an enclosed, walled garden containing a patio, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a shared orchard with other properties on-site, an external barn with a pool table, bike storage and parking. One dog stays free. The surrounding woodland is mature—look for the 600-year-old yew tree in the grounds. Criccieth itself is a working market town with Edward I's 13th-century castle at its heart, independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The coast is within walking distance. No smoking inside.
