Caer Ffynnon

Caer Ffynnon comes thoroughly equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, with a breakfast area where up to four can eat. Upstairs there's a freezer and washing machine. All three bedrooms have ensuite facilities—one with a corner bath, two with showers—and bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. The open fire has logs available if you request them, and the property has central heating.

The layout spreads across two floors. Ground level holds the main living and dining space with a Smart TV, DVD player and French doors onto a lawned garden with patio and furniture. A kingsize bedroom and single bedroom are also here. Upstairs is a third kingsize bedroom with ensuite. On-site parking is available, and one well-behaved pet can stay free. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Set in the Lleyn Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty in Gwynedd, the barn sits among countryside with views toward hills and mountains. Porthmadog and Criccieth are three miles away. The coastal landscape nearby makes it useful for exploring North Wales, whether that means beaches, Snowdonia, or the smaller towns of the peninsula.
