Caernarfon Castle and the countryside around it draw visitors to this part of Gwynedd, and Eryri puts you within reach of both. The converted school sits a short drive from Llanberris, where the Snowdon mountain railway and Welsh Slate Museum occupy a day trip, and Snowdon itself is accessible for walks of various difficulty. Zip World, home to the northern hemisphere's longest zip wire, is also nearby. Anglesey and the Lleyn peninsula are within easy driving distance if you want to explore further afield.
The property has three bedrooms and one bathroom across two floors. Downstairs offers a combined living and dining space with a woodburner, a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, and one bedroom with bunks. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a separate toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. There's parking for two cars on site, a patio with garden furniture, and access to a communal courtyard. One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking, and there are two steps in the garden to be aware of.
