Fegla Fawr

You arrive at a two-step entrance into a substantial farmhouse with a dual-living layout that lets guests spread out comfortably. The ground floor holds a living and dining room with woodburner and smart TV, a separate kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher, a second sitting room also with woodburner and television, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower, one with a double bed and a freestanding bath in the room itself plus ensuite toilet, and two rooms each with a pair of single beds. A third bathroom has a walk-in shower. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided; heating comes from oil central heating. One dog is welcome. No smoking anywhere in the property.

The farmhouse sits on pasture and marshland overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, with woodland behind. Front-facing there is a sitting-out area with garden furniture and a barbecue, while parking is available for four cars on site. The location puts you within reach of coastal walks, mountain routes inland, and small towns further afield. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
