Green Cottage

Green Cottage is a three-bedroom house in Bangor, Gwynedd, just 200 yards from the beach. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview TV and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics. There's a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double, two singles, and a bunk room, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The whole property is yours alone, with parking for two cars on site and a garden with patio. One well-behaved pet can come free of charge.

Essentials like electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; bring your own towels. The cottage suits families or groups of up to six. Nearby, Porthmadog's harbour is just a mile away, home to the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railway. Black Rock Sands offers miles of beach and dunes, and Portmeirion—the ornate Italian-style village—is close by. Harlech Castle sits further down the coast. Inland, Blaenau Ffestiniog has Zip World, Bounce Below in an old slate cavern, and mountain bike trails.
