Tyddyn Llwyn occupies a sheltered valley position just outside Porthmadog, roughly three miles by road from Portmeirion. Our site for the last few days of a tour of Wales before returning home. Site is outstanding! Very well looked after by the onsite wardens. Clean facilities,lovely grounds,good solid hardstanding pitches with water and EHU.Shop onsite too and an independent pub!! Ideally place for Porthmadog town,and Borth y Gest cove, as well as longer visits to Snowdonia and the Lynn peninsula. Recommend 100% We will br back.

What a lovely site. Easy to find. Toilet blocks immaculate, yes yu need 50p for a shower but you can easily get change from the reception, the water is instantly hot enough and powerful. Great pitch with hook up and its own water supply. The Wardens are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is the tastiest ive tasted at a site, would definitely recommend and return. Have a good season. Thanks Jacke, Dale, Ivan and Caroline for making it a lovely weekend for us

Absolutely Stunning place to stay Extremely Friendly and Helpful staff. Nice clean site. Well looked after and clean Facilities. Pub on site Serving very nice food and Plenty of it. Just a short walk about 20min in to Portmadog where you can catch several Trains with very nice views.

The site felt safe, family-friendly, the washrooms were spotless throughout our stay, with plenty of hot water. Carol Jackie was so helpful couldn’t do enough for us. Bridget food was just as impressive fresh , flavourful , clearly made with care - the kind of meals you actually look forward to after a day outdoors. A brilliant place all around. I’ll definitely be coming back.
