Barmouth itself sits on the coast with a beach, Victorian promenade and woodland walks nearby; the Snowdonia hills rise inland. Gwel Yr Haul is set on Hendre Mynach Caravan Park on the edge of town, close enough to walk or drive into the centre but far enough back to feel separate.
The property uses an upside-down layout so the living spaces catch the best light and views. Upstairs you get an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with patio doors opening onto a balcony; there's a gas fire for cooler evenings and a second sitting room with books and an Xbox. All three bedrooms are downstairs—the master has an ensuite shower room, and two others share a second bathroom. Sleeping is flexible: two of the beds split into singles on request, and one bedroom includes a bunk bed as well. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; you'll find a welcome pack on arrival.
The enclosed garden has a courtyard and furniture; off-road parking fits three cars. One dog stays free. The property is non-smoking.
