Llys Cyngar

Llys Cyngar is a detached house built to accommodate large groups, set on two acres of grounds in Gwynedd near the coast. The building spreads across two floors: the ground floor holds the main living spaces, kitchen and a shower room, while upstairs are four bedrooms ranging from a super king to bunks and singles, plus a full bathroom and separate toilet. A second shower and toilet sit outside, handy for sandy beachgoers. The property sleeps up to nine and comes with essentials including wi-fi, bed linen, towels and heating throughout; the initial fuel for the open fire is provided too.

The garden wraps around the house with plenty of lawn, a sitting area with furniture, a barbecue, chiminea and a private hot tub for six. Parking for six cars is available on the property. The beach at Black Rock Sands lies a short walk away and allows vehicle access in summer (a charge applies). Porthmadog, home to the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, is roughly two miles off; the town has shops, cafés and restaurants, and connects to coastal walking routes. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking is permitted inside.
