Paradwys opens onto a contemporary kitchen and dining area with bi-fold doors that lead straight out to the terrace—the practical heart of a house designed for groups who want to cook together and eat outside. The ground floor holds three bedrooms, each with their own shower room, plus a separate family bathroom with a slipper bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom and additional living space complete the layout. All rooms are on one level, making the place accessible for those with mobility considerations.

The four bedrooms sleep ten: two super king beds with ensuite showers, one standard king, and one with bunks plus singles. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking—gas hob, combi oven, dishwasher, American fridge—so you can prepare proper meals rather than making do. A hot tub for six sits on the terrace, available from 9am to 9:45pm. There's also a firepit and enclosed garden with seating, private parking for four cars, and space for one dog.

The house sits in open countryside with views across towards the Rhinog Mountains, yet Dolgellau's shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the coast is a twenty-minute drive away. Miles of local walks start from the property itself. No smoking indoors.
