Plas Isaf

Plas Isaf is a four-bedroom house in the foothills of Snowdonia near Caernarfon, sleeping up to nine guests. The ground floor contains three bedrooms—two doubles and a bunk room—plus an ensuite and separate shower room. Upstairs, an open-plan living space brings together a sitting area with wood burner, dining room and fully equipped kitchen; a fourth bedroom with double and single beds completes the layout. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Gas central heating keeps things warm, and you have private parking for four cars on site.

The real draw is the garden. A private hot tub sits ready for five people, the front area has a firepit and garden furniture for outdoor meals, and there's a bike store if you're exploring the national park on two wheels. Dogs stay free and benefit from doggy extras. The property sits on a working farm, and there's an unfenced stream running through the garden, which matters if you're bringing young children or need to know what's underfoot. No smoking indoors. Betws Garmon village is at the edge of the grounds, putting you within reach of walking routes and the wider Snowdonia landscape.
