Watton’s - 11 Birch

Watton's - 11 Birch is a three-bedroom caravan on a working holiday park in Gwynedd, a few minutes' walk from Black Rock Sands. The property sleeps eight across three bedrooms: one double (4ft 6in), and two pairs of single beds (2ft 3in each). The living room has a sofa bed and opens to a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There's one shower room serving the property. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. A sitting area with garden furniture overlooks a modest outdoor space.

The park itself has an indoor heated swimming pool (15m x 10m, shared with other properties) and on-site car parking for two vehicles. The surrounding area offers considerably more: Black Rock Sands stretches for miles just beyond the gate, while Portmeirion, a film-set village, and Harlech's castle lie a short drive away. Inland, Zip World at Blaenau Ffestiniog and Bounce Below cater to those wanting outdoor thrills. The Ffestiniog steam railway at Porthmadog runs heritage trips through the valley. Snowdonia National Park is accessible for walking and cycling. No smoking is permitted.
