A static caravan on a working holiday park in Gwynedd, Watton's - 31 Hawk sits on level ground with four steps to the entrance. The accommodation is arranged on one floor: a combined living room and kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, two with single beds each), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A covered sitting area outside has garden furniture. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Parking for two cars is on site, and an indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties, 15 metres by 10 metres) is available. No smoking is permitted.

The park itself has restaurants, an amusement arcade, bike hire and activity options for various ages. Black Rock Sands—miles of beach with dunes—is within walking distance. Porthmadog, home to the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Steam Railway, is nearby; Portmeirion's distinctive Italian-style architecture is a short drive away. Inland, Blaenau Ffestiniog offers Zip World and Bounce Below in an old slate mine, plus downhill mountain biking trails. Harlech Castle and its beach lie further along the coast. The Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park are accessible for exploration. Walking routes and cycle trails cross the surrounding area.
