They have completely ruined this place. Half of the new “attractions” are pay to use, on top of the hourly rate you already pay for entry. They’ve completely removed the parkour section which was the best part of the place in my opinion, and replaced it with cheap astroturf and tiny football goals. Not to mention the entry price has increased from £10 to £12 and each attraction adds to that price. Not to mention there’s an annoying announcement over the intercom every 10 minutes explaining which attraction will open and which will close (and detailing how to purchase the relevant ticket which should be included in the entry price in my opinion). Overall it is no longer worth it to bring yourself or your kids to this place. It is a useless dark room that couldn’t even be classed as a trampoline park anymore.

The main attraction staff (black African guy) he was awesome really carried the visit for us, welcoming on arrival and the extra attractions we booked. Other staff I would recommend some customer service training for an overall more friendly experience We booked an hour slot and would recommend this as not much more to do to fill two hours. New attractions such as football pitches, cars, and zip line is good additions but trampolines themself need maintenance

My 12 year old and friend had fun here. 1 hour was enough though. The cafe was understaffed and it took a long time to get served but the staff were friendly and efficient.

Booked a party and what a shock. 1. No kids watched a safety video they were just sent through. 2. The party room floor not cleaned and windows filthy. 3. The entire place was filthy and the toilets were so bad I walked in and straight back out. Pictures show toilets. Food rating on door showing 5 starts but it’s 4. Paid for a host and wasn’t much of one at all. Do not book or entertain this place. Much cleaner and nicer places.
