Overall a lovely park. Very good gym & inside pool. Outdoor pool a bit of a walk away from the rest of the facilities. My only issue was when ordering at the bar was some of the staff were quite rude- not exactly service with a smile. Also witnessed on a few occasions one member of bar staff in particular every draught beer they poured had his hand around the rim of the glass while pouring - not very hygienic! One evening we ordered a drink on the app while watching the entertainment and it took 25 minutes to arrive. We asked a member of staff how long it would be and he said that he was working his way through it. They did apologise for the wait when it eventually arrived. Could do with more Guinness glasses. Waitress in the restaurant was very good and polite but the food quality and variety a bit disappointing compared to other parks locally.

Really fantastic park, amazing team and incredible location. We visited the New Forest one day and the seaside the other. Both so easily accessible. Lodge was spacious, super clean and had everything we needed (including a sauna!). Facilities top grade. Jessie on ents was fantastic and brilliant with the kids. Also had a great chat with Harry from ownership. Lovely meal in the restaurant. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return soon.

Shorefield holiday park is an amazing place set in a large area. We stayed in a friend's lodge in Amber wood which is a bit of a walk to all the park facilities but never the less we had an enjoyable time and have managed to visit a lot of local attractions and nearby places. All I will say is the entertainment at night could be a bit better and there should be more eating places too as the Beachcomber is very pricey.

Love this site, accommodation has been great - we have stayed twice . We stayed in a lodge 1st time with hot tub & sauna - it was great! 2nd trip was in a superior caravan which again was lovely. Site is well kept, nice walks . Restaurant is ok , despite poor reviews we didn't find it too bad. Have booked another lodge for 2027!
