We had a soft play party recently and it was a really good experience. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the kids had a great time throughout. The staff were friendly, especially Lyana, and so helpful and professional, and kept things organised, which made the whole day easy and stress-free for us. The soft play area was clean, safe, and had plenty for the children to do, so they stayed entertained the whole time. Overall, it was a great time, highly recommended! Thank you 😊

A deeply unsatisfactory visit to Tenpin Feltham. Our group of five arrived on a Sunday evening at approximately 10 PM, intending to play three games — well within the remaining operating hours. From the moment we approached the reception desk, the attendant on duty (Tyesha) adopted a dismissive and unwelcoming demeanour: visible expressions of displeasure, a condescending tone, and a pointed reluctance to assist — treatment that stood in stark contrast to how other facilities operate. The receptionist repeatedly insinuated that we would be unable to complete our games before closing, despite the time clearly being sufficient. This appeared less a genuine operational concern and more a deliberate attempt to dissuade us from proceeding — presumably to facilitate an early closure. We completed all three games comfortably before the advertised closing time, which rendered her objections entirely without merit. The service throughout our visit was equally lacking. Equipment issues went unaddressed with any urgency or courtesy. Our drinks order made from the lane wasn’t looked at as they attendants were busy enjoying a game of pool themselves. We had to stop our game midway, go and repeatedly ask them to check on the order. What could have been an enjoyable evening was undermined entirely by the patronising and differential treatment at the front desk. One expects a basic standard of professionalism and equal courtesy from customer-facing staff. Neither was on offer here. I would hesitate to return until there is clear evidence of improved staff conduct and accountability.

Very disappointing experience at our child’s birthday party. We booked a soft play party for 23 children. Unfortunately, one child didn’t receive their beef burger. I politely asked the staff several times to bring one more burger, explaining that the child was sitting hungry while everyone else was eating. Instead of resolving the issue, multiple staff members spent over 10 minutes counting the meals again and again. I even said I was happy to pay the extra £5 if there wasn’t actually a missing meal, but they still refused to bring the food until they had finished counting. By then, the other children had finished eating and the child had been left waiting. This happened in front of all the parents, who were shocked that feeding a hungry child wasn’t the priority. It completely spoiled what should have been a special birthday celebration. To make matters worse, they never even finished counting before asking me to pay for another burger anyway. All that time spent counting achieved nothing while a child was left waiting for food. I already have another party booked here for my second child, but after this experience I will be cancelling it. I would not recommend Tenpin Feltham for children’s birthday parties based on how this situation was handled.

I went to TenPin yesterday with my daughter and I have to say, I was really impressed with the refurbishment. The food zone area looks amazing, the bowling lanes and seating areas feel much more modern, and overall the renovation is very attractive and well done. The place honestly looks fantastic after the upgrade. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the staff — especially the bar staff. The service was very disappointing. They didn’t seem interested in their jobs and everything felt slow and unorganised. The kitchen was another problem. It took around 20 minutes to get our hot dogs, and I could see food just sitting there ready, but no one seemed to be taking it out to customers. It’s such a shame because the venue itself is great, but the service really lets it down. There are so many hardworking people looking for jobs — I’m sure it would be possible to hire more professional and motivated staff. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. I would really like to visit again next weekend, but knowing how slow the service was and how long it takes just to get drinks and food makes me think twice.
