About The Grafton Boutique B&B
Franklin Mount sits in one of Harrogate's leafier corners, within easy reach of Valley Gardens and the wider parkland of RHS Harlow Carr, making The Grafton Boutique B&B a handy base for anyone keen to spend time outdoors between exploring the town itself. Free on-site parking takes the stress out of arriving by car, a genuine plus in a town centre location.
The property has 13 rooms and, despite its B&B billing, runs more like a small hotel: there's a restaurant and bar on site, a lift for easier access, air conditioning, and drinks available in room. Breakfast is included, and free WiFi covers the property throughout. A garden offers a spot to sit outside, while a gym, spa and sauna, and an indoor swimming pool give guests reason to stay in rather than head straight out.
Beyond the leisure facilities, The Grafton caters well to business and event guests too, with meeting rooms, business services, and porter and concierge services on hand, plus valet parking and childcare available for those who need it. It also operates as a wedding venue. Pubs, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach nearby, and luggage storage makes it simple to explore Harrogate before checking out.
