What visitors say
Absolutely fabulous. Beautiful setting, with great location to Harrogate and to get out into Yorkshire. Mark is great at what he does and was super helpful and friendly all weekend. Such a warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere. Pitches themselves are very good size, well maintained, lovely outlook and the facilities are great. I'll be coming back for sure and recommending to anyone I know visiting the area.

Beautiful small and quiet campsite in a great location. The owners are really lovely and take the time to interact with their guests. They even brought lemon drizzle cake and eggs over from their chickens that roam freely on the site. The site is very well kept, immaculate pitches and a really nice toilet and shower block that feels quite cosy inside. Only a 30 minute walk to Harrogate or a few minutes drive, down the road. From the beautiful Ripley Castle and you can take a short team ride from Harrogate to York so the location is perfect. Can’t wait to visit this beautiful camp site again.

A fantastic little site just outside Harrogate. Good views and very neighbourly cows, sheep and chickens. Level hard standing pitches with EHU close by (no extra long leads needed). Loo and shower facilities are spotless and a bit quirky (quirky is good 😊). Had a very warm welcome from Mark, and a piece of free cake which was unexpected! Sadly only stopping the one night on our way to a campervan tour of the Cumbrian Coast, but we both had an excellent and peaceful night's sleep.

The best campsite i’ve ever visited by far, super friendly staff AND i got to feed the chickens as well as the cows. super nice people here. The showers and bathrooms - don’t get me started they were so homely and nice. They also have a library incase you forget to take any books. The washing up facility is amazing. Despite dogs having to be on leads for obvious purposes they are so dog friendly. Thank you Mark you are awesome -Addy and Melissa
