Bay House

Hastings has enough character to keep most people occupied for a week without leaving the immediate area. The old town's galleries, independent shops and restaurants sit within walking distance of the seafront; Camber Sands and Rye are short drives away. The house itself is arranged over two floors. Downstairs holds a living and dining room with French doors onto a terrace, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double and two singles, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower. One pet is welcome. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with initial logs for the wood burner; a travel cot and highchair are on hand for younger children. There's parking for one car on site, a small courtyard garden, and a separate outhouse with tumble dryer. The property does not permit smoking.
