Jack's Place spreads across three floors, with the kitchen and dining area on the ground level leading directly to the staircase. The first floor holds the living room and the main bedroom, while the second floor contains the second bedroom. Two kingsize beds are provided, along with one bathroom featuring both bath and shower. The living space includes a smart TV and comfortable seating; the kitchen is equipped for cooking and entertaining, with an oven, induction and gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and gas central heating keeps the property warm. Parking for two cars is available on site.

Located in Hastings, the property sits close to the old town's winding streets, independent shops and seafront attractions. The modern shopping centre is within reach, as is St Leonards-on-Sea with its galleries and cafés along Norman Road. A beach day is straightforward from here. The bedrooms have sea views. Smoking is not permitted inside. Children under 10 are not able to stay. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
