Brilliant experience for me and my partner. We stayed at the kirkton view lodge and enjoyed every minute of it! Very clean, looked brand new, hot tub was lovely and the park itself has many facilities and a was peaceful. The owners were great! Only met them briefly as sorted everything over the phone. If anything the only one issue I had was that I didn’t receive an information pack, there wasn’t any washing up liquid but I went and got some no problem and their was a slight smell of sewage when in the bedroom but it didn’t ruin the experience just if they read this they can investigate. Would recommend and will definitely be back! P.s photos were taken when we were leaving, everything was made for us on arrival

Accommodation is clean, fully featured kitchen and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub is an added bonus even on a child spring day. Would definitely come here again.

We’ve been going to Riverside for a few years now. Beautiful place very peaceful and extremely well maintained. Always a lovely welcoming from the people who own and run the Park.

The website describes it as a 'tranquil location'. This is NOT the case for tourers. We were in our motorhome, 20 - 30 yards from the main road to Hawick. Road noise means it is not tranquil!!! Add to that the site Cockerell starts screeching at 5.15am. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Facilities are basic and at £36/night there are much better options around than this. Very disappointed.
