About London Heathrow Marriott Hotel

London Heathrow Marriott Hotel is a substantial five-storey property on Bath Road in Hayes, built with the scale to match its role as a major airport hotel, with 393 rooms spread across the building. It's a practical, well-equipped base for anyone flying from Heathrow, with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and family rooms among the options, plus paid on-site parking and airport transfer arrangements to take the stress out of travel days.

Guests can eat at the on-site restaurant, which includes Carluccio's dining alongside kids' meals and room service, and there's a bar for a drink before an early flight. The leisure facilities run to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, giving travellers somewhere to unwind rather than just pass through. Rooms are generally described as comfortable, clean and spacious with large beds, though some have been noted as a little dated in style.

Beyond the airport connection, the hotel offers meeting rooms and a wedding venue for events, along with a garden, concierge service and laundry facilities. Golf, fishing, pubs and restaurants are all within reach nearby, and pets are welcome for those travelling with animals. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which counts for a lot when you're catching an early flight from Bath Road.

I had a very pleasant stay at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel near Heathrow Airport. The location is ideal, especially if you are travelling in or out of London and want to stay close to the airport without feeling like you are compromising on comfort. It was easy to get to, and it made our travel plans much less stressful. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the overall service felt well organized. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and a good size, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after travelling. Despite being close to the airport, the room felt peaceful and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. The common areas of the hotel were also very nice, and the overall atmosphere felt polished but still relaxed. It is a great option for both business travellers and people starting or ending a holiday. Overall, the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel offered a reliable, comfortable, and convenient experience. I would happily stay here again the next time I am travelling through Heathrow.

The room itself was great. The air conditioning doesn't work well. It is set to shut off each time you leave the room, which is fine. That's not the problem. When it is on it barely cools. I am typically cold with anything below 21 C. I lowered the temperature control to below 18 C and the temp in the room never changed. I also want to say that the staff were friendly and attentive. The food and service in the Club Lounge were about the best I've experienced.

Modern hotel near Heathrow. Room and bathroom were done to a high standard and the Carluccios in the hotel provided a good dinner and breakfast. Worth paying separately for coffee though at breakfast as the free of charge stuff isn’t great. Arnold Clarke car hire is round the corner which is very convenient. Staff were all extremely friendly. We took a room with two double beds for our family which made it good value for four people so close to Heathrow.

It was fine, no major issues and staff was friendly and helpful. Large facility offering everything you will need. They were accommodating in my need for a room to take some business calls. The biggest inconvenience was that it’s not easily accessible to the airport itself, and the hotel only offers a shuttle for £10 per person… which is more expensive than just taking an Uber. I am accustomed to being offered free transit for an “airport hotel” so that was a bummer.
