About Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow

Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow suits travellers who need to be near the airport without sacrificing comfort - early departures, layovers, business trips or a park-and-fly break where the flight matters more than the destination. Sitting on Bath Road in Hayes, it's part of the Marriott Bonvoy group and geared entirely around practical airport logistics, with parking and transfer options laid on for guests heading to the terminals.

The hotel has 350 rooms, most of them spacious with comfortable beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus family and accessible rooms for those who need them. Facilities extend well beyond the basics: there's a restaurant known for its Indian menu, a sports bar, breakfast service, kids' meals, a gym, meeting rooms, concierge and porter services, and free WiFi throughout. Pets are welcome, and drinks can be ordered straight to the room. That said, some rooms show their age and could do with sharper upkeep, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly rather than expecting a brand-new finish.

Staff are consistently described as helpful, which counts for a lot when you're juggling flight times and luggage. Beyond the hotel grounds there's a pub, restaurants, entertainment and even golf, fishing and watersports nearby for anyone extending their stay, but the real draw here is the short hop to Heathrow itself.

Please read this review if you are considering running an event at this venue. After spending £10,000+ hosting 3 events (1 large and 2 smaller meetings) I have enough experience with them to leave a considered review. I rarely leave bad reviews (I am a positive person) but I wanted to warn event hosts of the future. I won't write an essay - key points and facts below: - Recently cancelled my event and changed our venue 48 hours before the event. I TOTALLY understand why this was necessary (hotel closure due to water works) but the WAY this was handled was AWFUL. They told me via a very generic corporate email (copy and paste) with the KEY MESSAGE of 'hey we changed your hotel' in tiny font at the end. This was serious enough to warrant a phone call and to give me at least an option to choose which hotel/setting we would be moving to. Senior Event Executive Sasha Baptista, this lacked class. Thankfully I managed to divert the booking to Marriott next door whose professionalism was excellent. - Constantly changing event staff - there seems to be a toxic culture in their workplace - On our large meeting we were reassured the parking sensors were off, but EVERY delegate got a ticket....that was not fun. Thankfully the manager painfully sorted it enquiry by enquiry but this was handled poorly from the start. Never again. Same parent company but the Marriot next door or even Radisson Blu are worth considering instead. I still gave 2 stars because Madhu's is great and the venue itself has pretty areas.

LastLightNorth: Reviews

I frequently stay at the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts for business, and it consistently provides an excellent experience. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and professional, always creating a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The morning buffet offers an impressive selection of breakfast options, catering to both hot and continental preferences, and the addition of the new pancake machine is a fantastic touch. The onsite restaurant and sports bar is also highly recommended, offering a varied menu ranging from curries to burgers, all prepared to a very high standard and served by attentive and friendly staff. The inclusion of a Starbucks onsite is another great convenience for a much-needed coffee during busy days. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and welcoming, making them ideal for both business and relaxation. However, the standout feature has to be the showers — the water pressure is exceptional and genuinely one of the highlights of the stay.

We stay here every time we travel to London. It has become our home away from home. The staff are the best in the business! They always have a welcoming smile on their face and in their voice, no matter how busy they are. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Location is perfect for all modes of transportation needed throughout our stays.

Overnight stay and car parking. Excellent location, took room upgrade which was certainly worth it. Very good breakfast and substantial snacks with drinks during happy hour in Lounge. The room we had was large and well appointed. We found staff very helpful, check in and out was smooth. Bed large and comfortable. We took TFL Bus to Central Bus Station. Google maps gives the bus stop as 13 min walk from hotel. It is not, only 5 minutes then three stops to the airport. Very easy. Will use again.
