First time here with my 7 year old disabled daughter. Noah was absolutely fantastic with her helping whenever needed and encouraging her to do her best. He went above and beyond! We will definitely be back. All staff were lovely and helpful too 5*

My kids and I had a great time here. Special shout out to Noah, who was great with my children in terms of encouraging them to try and climb up higher. Also being heavily pregnant the staff were very helpful. Thanks for a great time, would highly recommend.

Brilliant day for the kids but very pricey to get in and play for an hour when you have more then one child. Refreshments are very over priced and service is very slow (mainly due to high demand). Not enough seats downstairs for parents to sit down so majority of parents were having to sit on the floor. Has lockers to store trainers etc using £1 which is returned to you. Girls toilet upstairs was flooded and baring in mind the kids are only wearing socks when playing it is not ideal. Over all I probably would return but this would have to be a very rare treat since we spent £65 with in 2 hours which was £12 per child per hour of play (I have 2 son's) £2 per drink of juice (Inc small slush) and lunch.

Good little area set aside for a range of climbing experiences and abilities, lots of challenging walls to face. Good introduction before being allowed into the actual climbing area, staff fit the harnesses and are around on the floor if any help is needed from them. Extra activities are available to pay for, a sky track, a death slide and a leap of faith all cost extra to use. Unavoidable arcade machines are on the same floor as the clipnclimb and the whole space is shared with the inflataspace section, both need to be paid for separately.
