Great place for kids to burn off energy! The inflatables and obstacle courses are fun and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. It can get a bit busy and slightly pricey, but overall a fun experience.

Went with a group of mates for a friends birthday and not long after our session started our friend had an accident causing him to dislocate his knee (NOT PARKS FAULT HIS KNEE IS DODGY 😂). The staff reacted amazing and were very helpful doing as much as they were allowed to do and checked on him whilst we waited for an ambulance. After our friend was sorted they gave the rest of us another hour and a free ride on the zip line which was extremely generous. All the staff asked after him and were very thoughtful and seemed they cared more than we did 😂. Overall a good experience and customer service couldn’t be better thanks so much guys

We had a lovely visit to Inflata Space Newcastle. We arrived early and the team kindly changed our session time with no fuss. Max was absolutely brilliant with our 6-year-old son who is autistic and non-verbal. He immediately adapted the safety process, read the sheet with me and made us feel comfortable and supported. All staff were friendly and understanding while we were on the inflatables. Sadly, our visit ended on a difficult note when we tried the new slide. My son needed extra time to understand what to do and was told he couldn’t go on before I could explain, which led to a meltdown. Another staff member kindly offered more time, but by then it was too late. Overall a really positive experience and we’re grateful for the kindness shown, especially by Max

Had the best time coming here, staff are all so friendly and understanding. we received so much help from the workers here and it is very appreciated. The inflatables are clean and very suitable for kids or adults! Theres arcades to play on and a clip and climb, all areas are exceptionally clean and tidy! i would recommend and i will be returning!
