We stayed in the Pheasant Hideaway over the bank holiday weekend and it was amazing! The room was amazing, the view from the bed was just as good as I had hoped (as that was the reason for booking :)) there was a small walk to the cabin but the wheel barrow provided made it so easy and we got a chance to meet some cows on our way to the cabin. Would I recommend this place? 100%.

We spent two magical nights in the Hare caving, featuring gorgeous scenery, a hot tub, a cold plunge and a BBQ. They have thought of everything when it comes to the cabins and the lovely Paul was a phone call away for any questions. Could not recommend any more highly.

We stayed in the hare cabin and had a wonderful experience! The location was great with lovely surroundings and a nice private living area, with a very comfortable and cosy wood burner heated cabin! We had some small technical issues with our solar power generators (expected in winter) but these problems were swiftly and very kindly dealt with by the warden who took time out of their day off to come and help sort out the issues with our batteries. Having a lovely walking holiday in some wet and cold weather was absolutely perfected by having a warm and relaxing cabin to come back to and recover in! Would definetly reccomend to those looking for a nice place to stay close to plenty of lovely walks with lots of facilities to relax and recover in!

We just got back from a wonderful stay here. The children (and ourselves) adored the idyllic location and the site was ever so peaceful. It was based in a great location for visiting other places (we are into bike riding) and lots of lovely memories were made here. Will go again!!
