Fantastic place to stay. Very accommodating and the friendly. Room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and more pillows than you know what to do with. En-suite was clean, but lacking amenities, but fortunately there is a shop across the road in case you forget things (like me). Breakfast in the morning was super tasty. One of the best I've had. Great choices, and first time having coffee in a little pot. Definitely added to the aesthetic. Would happily book again!

We stopped in for lunch during the middle of the week, and it was delicious. The French Onion soup was rich and hearty, while my son said the burger was the best he'd ever had. The service was fast and friendly. The timbered restaurant was very clean and comfortable. We'll be back the next time we're over that way.

We only had a meal here, didn't stay so have left the room rating blank. The food was delicious. Having eaten here previously and loved their South Korean Curry (bring it back on the menu!), this time The Pie of the Week was chosen, and the Curry of the Week. The curry was yummy, and the pie of the week (Turkey, Bacon and Mushroom) was piping hot with a thick creamy sauce and plenty of Turkey, Bacon and Mushroom. We were served by the wonderful Hannah, and it was her first time waitressing as she is normally found in the kitchen cooking up the food - not that we could tell it was her first time! She was amazing and friendly, even though she almost started a food fight! Will always come back here for the food, and the dog friendly atmosphere! Thank you once again, we will see you again soon!

Stayed last night and can't fault it. Staff were very welcoming and kind when we arrived. Room was nice a clean, with spotless white sheets, tea and coffee with biscuits provided. We didn't hear any noise at all from the bar or the next morning. Comfortable and spacious enough for what we needed. Slept well and would book again :)
