What guests say
After our visit to The Kilpeck Inn today, I needed to share ...... Absolutely sublime. The service was exceptional, allowing us time to consider our drinks and what we were going to sample. Then the meal. We had a reasonably large party of eight with an eclectic range of dietary needs and likes. There was something for everyone. The produce was fresh locally sourced and well put together. It was a joyous visit. We hope to be back soon

Although I haven’t stayed there, this place is a go-to for the occasional weekday lunch. Sandwiches re-invented. Salads with that little bit more. The location is very peaceful - ideal to sit outside on a decent day. The service is excellent - today I asked for something that wasn’t included on the menu item I ordered and there it was, just a short time later - on a busy lunchtime. Another time, I arrived early (just before opening) and was welcomed in and invited to choose a table whilst my drink was being poured. Spend time in the side roads around here. And do visit the church nearby.

We've just spent a lovely relaxing evening at the Kilpeck Inn. Perfect summer weather so we were able to sit outside. We started with lamb with chimichurri and horseradish mash (a real winner and perfectly cooked). For dessert we had the best chocolate mousse; probably I've ever had, plus an excellent apricot fool. (Sooo good). All backed up by an excellent and attentive front of house team. We'll be back!

After booking a table online for 4pm on a Sunday and having a email conversation with Aimee we were greeted by the waitress saying “this is your table but you need to order now as the kitchen shuts at 4” before she has even let us sit down. Why would you book a table in for 4pm (or have it as an option online) and email confirmation if the kitchen shuts at that time, we would have been happy to move our table earlier if needed. It started the meal off on such a bad foot where everything was such a rush. I will say we were not asked to leave when we finished our meal but we got the message. The food was lovely, pork was beautiful.
