We were drawn to come here from the amazing reviews and it did not disapoint. The whole place is spotlessly clean, first class breakfast, all of the staff are absolutely lovely, the beds are extremely comfortable, you couldnt ask for more! Especially at such a good price for your stay. 11/10 we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Brandon Lodge is a good-value B&B hotel on the southern outskirts of Hereford. I stayed in May 2025 to visit Herefordshire Archives (HA). My four-star rating for location is because Brandon Lodge is beyond easy walking distance from Hereford's historic town centre. However, it's only five minutes' drive from HA via the southern relief road, and avoids the frequent traffic delays on the A49 at the Victoria Street bridge. Ideal for researchers. Another Excellent stay. Ample parking, Spotlessly clean and maintained that way by daily housekeeping. Accommodation is superb. Staff are friendly and helpful, we wanted for nothing. Breakfast was freshly made and filling to set you up for the day. Similar to our previous visits, it was a complete pleasure. We'll definitely be returning and wouldn't stay anywhere else in or near Hereford. Thank you Monique

I love this place. Very warm, Friendly, accommodating owners. Nice room, comfortable bed. Lovely seating area outside with a fountain. You’re able to use the conservatory, dining room any time if you order a take out. It’s right on the edge of the city but It’s just 5 minutes or so from city centre. I’d definitely recommend and I hope to stay here again in the future.
