Three bathrooms serve the property—the ensuite, plus a family bathroom with bath and separate cubicle shower, and a shower room on the ground floor. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided; heating and electricity are included. One dog can stay free of charge.

The enclosed lawned garden has furniture and a portable barbecue for outdoor meals. Ample parking sits on site. The location suits extended family groups, celebrations and reunions; it's also a base for exploring the River Wye, ten minutes away, where canoeing and fishing happen regularly. Goodrich and Monmouth Castles lie nearby, a butterfly zoo and maze within two miles, and Go Ape sits in the Forest of Dean. Ross-on-Wye is five miles distant; Ledbury twelve.
