Brook House works well for larger groups or families wanting space to spread out. The cottage sleeps ten across five bedrooms—a king, three doubles and a room with twin singles—with four bathrooms between them, so morning queues are manageable. One dog can stay free. The whole place is yours alone, and it sits on a working 700-acre estate in the western foothills of the Malvern Hills, with woodland walks starting from the garden and tracks leading toward British Camp.
Built in 1670 with original oak beams and a stone inglenook, the interior has been restored using timber from the estate itself. Ground floor has two living spaces (one with a woodburner and TV, one quieter), a kitchen fitted with a cooker, dishwasher and laundry facilities, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, four of the five bedrooms have ensuite facilities; the fifth shares a family bathroom. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's parking on site, an enclosed garden with a patio and barbecue, and access to shared tennis and a gym. A stream runs through the grounds—something to be aware of if you're bringing young children.
Malvern is fifteen minutes' drive away. The estate is set up for walkers and nature-watchers, with longer trails nearby including the Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way. No smoking inside.

The eight of us had a fantastic four days staying at Parkers over the New Year. Beautiful house with very comfortable beds and furnishings and large Aga to help warm the whole house. There's also an open fire in the lounge and although it was below freezing outside, the house was lovely and toasty. Great walks nearby - did a lovely round walk from the house to the Brewers Arms and another one-way walk to the Wellington. Also used the tennis court and gym, which are nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in beautiful countryside.

A very comfortable cottage, very well stocked with all your everyday needs (except food of course). The owner is lovely and most helpful. You are also allowed to utilise their land for walks (using maps to access pathways). We've no complaints. A great holiday.

Beautiful farm and area of outstanding beauty. It is a working farm, so if you don't like the sound of sheep you're in the wrong place. We loved it and discovered the different noises the sheep make, it is hilarious and we love staying here.

A beautiful cottage with everything we needed for our holiday. On a peaceful country lane with some great walks right from the doorstep and yet only 15 mins into Great Malvern. The cottage has some fabulous features such as a huge Aga, some quirky doors and windows, alongside modern en-suite bathrooms for two bedrooms and en-suite was for the other two, with a further full bathroom downstairs. There’s reasonable wifi at 10MB download and Netflix on the two downstairs TVs which suited the younger members of our group. A lovely welcome basket was provided and there was a good provision of hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, clothes liquitabs, shampoo etc throughout the property. The lanes around the property are narrow and you’ll probably need to drive to the nearest pubs and shops but there’s plenty within a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again for next year.
