The Bothy

Within steps are 700 acres of grounds on the Netherley Hall Estate, a working farm where woodland walks lead to British Camp and the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Worcestershire Way and Geopark Way long-distance trails are nearby for more serious exploration, and Malvern itself is 15 minutes by car. This part of Herefordshire suits walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers drawn to the landscape rather than attractions.

The Bothy is a semi-detached cottage with two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with two singles—and a shower room on the first floor. Downstairs, the living room has a smart TV and opens to a patio; the kitchen/dining room is equipped for cooking, with a washing machine and tumble dryer included. A separate toilet completes the ground floor. The enclosed garden has furniture and a barbecue. One dog stays free; a second requires arrangement.

Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are covered, plus WiFi. Parking for two cars is on-site. Horse riding can be arranged, and stabling is available. The estate also has a shared gym and tennis court. There is a brook running through the grounds.
