We had a lovely family day out with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old. There was so much to explore, and the superhero hunt was a big hit! We honestly could have stayed in the mud kitchen for hours. We took a picnic and were really pleased to find plenty of shaded picnic spots, which were perfect on a warm day. We finished our visit with an ice cream from the café before popping into the gift shop, where we found some lovely sticker and painting books. A special mention to the lovely young lady behind the till, who was so kind and patient with our 3-year-old, who was very excited to pay for her own purchases. She made the experience even more special. We'd definitely recommend a visit and will be back!

Absolutely loved this place, beautiful, rustic, educational and safe… Lots of varied sections such as butterfly garden, lavender fields, dino park, spider zone… We visited with grandchildren aged 2 and an older 4 year old. Eldest probably got slightly more out of it, collecting stamps and playing activities such as foot golf but both loved the expansive sand area and balance trunks. The garden areas were full of beautiful, natural plants with several attractively laid out seating areas. Seriously, one of the nicest environmentally conscious play area I have experienced. We will return again soon. Large picnic area, clean toilets, coffee shop and train ride; although we never actually made that as we were too busy doing a bug trail🐞🐝🕷️. Fully recommend 👌

A really lovely family-friendly place. Our toddler enjoyed wandering around and he loved the train! Staff were friendly. I came many times when I was young myself when it was Wolds Way so it was nice to be back with my own family. Would recommend for those with young children (or without if you just enjoy nature!).

Wonderful day with our 15 month old and little dog exploring Woldies. So many fun and thoughtful experiences for little ones, all done so tastefully, working with nature and maximising the beauty of our natural world. Would thoroughly recommend 🌿🌸🐝
