Sage Cottage

Buxton sits at the edge of the Peak District, with walking trails, gardens and local restaurants within easy reach. Sage Cottage is a three-storey house that gives you the whole place to yourself, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The ground floor holds a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the kit for cooking, plus a sitting room with woodburner and smart TV for Netflix. Upstairs are two bedrooms—a double and a twin—sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor has another double bedroom and its own shower room. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; the woodburner comes with an initial fuel load. There's parking for two cars on site and a patio garden at the back with furniture and a gas barbecue.

The town centre is a short walk away, and the High Peak Trail and Goyt Valley offer serious walking. Bakewell, Chatsworth and Castleton Caverns are all nearby if you want a day out.
