Fort William sits at the foot of Ben Nevis, surrounded by glens, lochs and trails that draw walkers and outdoor enthusiasts year-round. Number 54 is a three-storey townhouse a short walk from the town's shops and cafés, and even closer to the water. The layout spreads across the floors: bedrooms below the entrance level, living spaces above, which means you can settle into the main living area without dragging luggage past where people are relaxing.
The three bedrooms sleep five—a double, a twin and a single—and share a shower room on the lower floor. Upstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals, while the open-plan living and dining room has a sofa for evenings in and a table by the window for planning the next day. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi. There is on-road parking outside and a public car park nearby.
From here, the seafront is a five-minute walk, and most of what makes Fort William worth visiting is walkable—no car essential, though one helps if you want to venture into Glencoe or Glen Nevis. The town has a pub within a mile. Non-smokers only.
