Mornings start with a full Scottish breakfast, and the day can continue in the garden or out into Fort William itself, which lies under half a mile away. Free on-site parking and 24-hour reception make arrivals and late returns straightforward, whatever the plans for the day.

We booked this place via booking and should have checked the reviews on other websites... We found a bedbug on one of the sheets and tried contacting the owners who ARE NOT ON site and they remained unreachable despite the sign at the entrance saying to call in case of any issues. We ended up spending 3h inspecting the mattresses, sheets and our own clothes which I had laid on the bed prior to the unfortunate discovery... On top of this, seeing there was no way someone would take this in charge we ended up sleeping with the lights on because they are a supposed to stay away in the light. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable stay... I would avoid this place if I were to come back to Fort William. I don't think the cheap prices and location are good enough incentives to compensate our negative expérience...

It was an okay place to stay. The shower water was next to impossible to control so that it wasn't either boiling hot or freezing cold. The beds were decent. Bathroom is shared. My biggest issue was the smell though! There are diffusers everywhere and they are SO strong smelling. The bedding and towels are also washed in a strong smelling detergent/softener. If you are sensitive to strong scents, I do NOT recommend it. Also, it is supposed to be a bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast.

The hotel is horrible. We came here as a group. I stayed at room 4. Room is specious, however, with a very fetid smelling. Almost have an asthma attack. Can't imagine what if I travel without my inhaler. In addition, we need to used the share bathroom. Very inconvenient. The bedsheets are worn and the pillow is very flat. It's really cannot be considered comfy at all. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in this poorly maintained B&B.

The room is full of odd smell, super humid with dirty carpet . The sofa and closet are covered with dust and almost broken . The shower heater is very hard to control, and need to share the toilet. Very poor maintained one which may ruined your holiday mood .
