The shower room has a cubicle and toilet. Upstairs, two double bedrooms (each 4ft 6in) provide the sleeping space. Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are all covered. The back garden has a summerhouse, seating area and furniture; bikes can be stored there. One pet stays free of charge. The property is no-smoking throughout.
