Inverness draws visitors for its Highland position, castle, and access to lochs and glens beyond. This third-floor apartment sits within that core, overlooking the river that flows through town. There is no lift access, so stairs are the only way up.

The layout spreads across one floor: an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen to one side, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite; the second has a double. Large windows and a Juliet balcony bring in light and views.
